Since the founding of BPEC, it has completed a number of large-scale projects for storage and transportation, for example the Guanghui Group oil depot project in Dalian Changxing Island with a capacity over 7,000,000m3 which is the largest product oil reserve in China; Zhoushan Guanghui petroleum oil depot project; Sichuan integrated refining storage and transportation project. Service scope of oil gas field, storage and transportation includes: storage facility, including raw materials, auxiliary materials, intermediate products and product storage, conveying system; handling facilities, including the road and the railway loading and unloading facilities, oil and gas recovery facilities, container facilities, washing facilities, tank cleaning facilities; torch system, including the entire plant’s fuel oil, fuel gas and combustible gas exhaust system; oil and gas reservoir (station), including depot, storage, chemical storage, refueling station; town gas engineering, including liquefied petroleum gas, natural gas, liquefied natural gas low temperature storage and transportation facilities, liquefied petroleum gas filling stations, liquefied petroleum gasification station; raw materials and product’s long distance transportation pipeline; oil and gas field’s surface engineering and processing engineering.

Since joining the Yanchang Petroleum Group, BPEC has gradually expanding the professional design team for oil and gas field’s storage and transportation, continuously enhancing the overall strength, greatly developing airtight gathering and transportation technology, conducting in-depth study on CO2 flooding surface construction and actively promoting research and development of oil and gas recovery and LNG skid-mounted module application technology.
